Process
- Complete and submit our online enquiry form
- We will contact our consultant in country to suggest suitable properties for you to view
- After discussion, we agree a list of properties to view
- You visit the country to view the properties and will be assisted by our consultant whilst you are in country
- We will put you in touch with an independent solicitor in country to handle the purchase of the property. Or you may wish to nominate your own solicitor
Costs
The administrative charge is 1.5% of the cost of buying a property, to be arranged through the nominated solicitor. We fully expect to more than cover your costs by negotiating a lower price for you.
